Who we are

Subterra is a browser game at subterra.run. To reach us about anything on this page — a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion — message @nayxio on Telegram.

What we store about you

When you sign up we store your email address (held by our authentication provider), a username, and a password you never share with us in readable form.

Your account record also holds, all of it generated by playing:

• balances in SUBT, Litecoin, Solana and XRP
• progress — level, XP, taps, mining rooms, energy, daily quest counters
• your referral code, and who referred you if anyone
• the IP address you signed up from, kept to detect people running many accounts
• timestamps for account creation, last faucet claim and pool changes

We also keep a record of what you do in the game: mining, trades, withdrawals, chat messages, ads watched, and offers completed.

Analytics and cookies

Cookies are used to keep you signed in. Those are necessary for the site to work at all and cannot be turned off while you have an account.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get used. It records the pages you open, the country or city you are in — never a precise location — and the kind of device you are on, and it sets a cookie so that a repeat visit is not counted as a new person.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland that cookie is not set unless you agree to it — you will be asked the first time you visit, and until you say yes analytics runs without any identifier and reports aggregate traffic only. Everywhere else it is on by default. We do not run Google advertising, so no advertising cookie is set anywhere.

You can change your mind at any time, wherever you are, and the choice is remembered in this browser:

Who else sees your data

• Supabase — hosts the database and handles sign-in.
• Vercel — serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
• FaucetPay — receives the destination you give it and the amount, when you deposit or withdraw.
• Bitcotask and c.cx — offer and ad partners. They receive an anonymous account identifier and your IP address so they can decide which offers to show and confirm completions. They never receive your email.
• hCaptcha — used to check you are not a bot.
• Google Analytics — visit statistics, as described above.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your email address to any of them.

What other players can see

Your username, level, hashrate, mining rooms and marketplace listings are public — they appear on the leaderboard and on your profile. Your balances, email and IP address are not. You can make your profile private in Settings.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Mining grids are deleted within a few hours. Notifications are removed seven days after you have seen them. Ask us to delete your account and the record goes with it, apart from anything we have to keep to show a payout actually happened.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do it. Message @nayxio on Telegram and we will come back to you within 30 days. Deleting your account forfeits any balance still on it, so withdraw first.

Children

Subterra is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly keep data on under-18s. Tell us if you think we have some and it will be removed.
