Subterra is only for people aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live, if that is higher). By creating an account you confirm that you are. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed, and their balances may be forfeited.
You're responsible for your account and password, and for all activity that happens under it.
Some features have random outcomes: lootboxes, Mines, mini-games and Block Hunter pools. Their results are decided by chance, and the odds are shown before you play or buy. Paid lootboxes and games return less than you spend on average, so only spend what you are happy to lose. It is your responsibility to make sure these features are legal where you live.
SUBT and in-game balances are virtual credits with no cash value outside Subterra. LTC/SOL/XRP/DOGE balances represent amounts owed to you, redeemable via withdrawal, subject to Subterra's ability to process it. Nothing here creates an investment, security, or guaranteed monetary value.
Crypto you deposit, through FaucetPay or to your own deposit address, is converted into SUBT when it arrives, and Season Shop packs are delivered as the items and SUBT they contain. Deposits and purchases are final: deposited crypto is never refunded in crypto, and SUBT can't be converted back into crypto or withdrawn. If a refund is ever given (for example when a feature changes), it is paid in SUBT. Only LTC, SOL, XRP and DOGE balances earned on Subterra can be withdrawn.
No cheating, exploiting bugs, using multiple accounts to abuse referral or bonus systems, or automating gameplay. Chat must not contain harassment, slurs, spam, or advertising. Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban at Subterra's discretion.
Subterra is provided on an as-available basis. The website might go down, be suspended, or be discontinued entirely if it can no longer be operated or maintained — including permanently, with no guarantee of advance notice. We'll try to give notice when reasonably possible, but continued availability of the service, and of any balance held on it, is not guaranteed.
These terms, game mechanics, rewards, fees, and rates may change at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
Subterra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subterra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
